While women have achieved a lot in the work front, there is still some amount of discrimination that women feel. However, things have changed a lot for women in the workforce from what the situation was a couple of decades ago. However, there are still some fields of work that just welcome men or women. But this does not necessarily mean that the other gender cannot enter into that field of work. It will be tough to break mindsets and barriers, but it can be done. Unfortunately, one cannot answer what are the best jobs for men working with women as gender equality demands that both genders be treated equally. But this is not always the case. For instance, there are many women working in the manufacturing sector. However, more women work in computer and electronics manufacturing, while more men work in manufacturing of metal products and non-metallic mineral products.
